    Job Title: Receptionist

    At the Laser Eye Institute, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Patient Service: Welcome patients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
    • Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails from potential and current patients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, follow up with patients prior to appointments, and verify insurance benefits.
    • Patient Records: Collect and document patient information accurately, and assist in maintaining patient records and charts.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Motivation: Motivated and team-oriented work ethic.
