    Mobilelink is seeking a Operations Director who will work closely with facilities, accounting and supply chain as well as other operations groups to complete tasks and projects for our growing number of retail locations.

    Primary responsibility of this position is to oversee procedures and policies that impact various departments and to develop cross-departmental streamlines for efficiency and protection of company assets.


    What you will be doing:
    Oversee the handling of operations/facilities duties for our retail locations such back end operational activities.
    Work with Cricket related operational requirements. This includes executing and verifying that we are operating within Crickets required guidelines.
    Development of retail location-specific programs through analyzing gaps between Executive expectations and store operations.
    Act as liaison for stores, Corporate Offices and Mobilelink MLP;
    Develop procedures and processes to increase efficiencies, timely reporting and stronger loss controls.
    Works with Surveillance team to develop better monitor processes and reports
    Investigate prolonged issues related to inventory counts, maintenance, and other operational procedures.

    Bachelor's degree required;
    At least 5 years' experience in leading a team
    At least 5 years' experience in the direction of multi-unit store operations in the retail industry
    Ability to work with, and coordinate multiple departments to streamline the general operations of the Corporate and retail site locations;
    Small Box Retail or Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred.
