Description
OverviewResponsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services
Responsibilities
Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teams.
Work to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines.Conduct analysis, and research in support of projects.
Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
Prepare presentations.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
TS SCI Clearance
Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative role.
Solid MS Office skills
Desired Qualifications
Desired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue)
