    Seeking an experienced Business Development Professional for the Dallas IT Division .

    As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying, meeting with, and developing deep relationships with IT executives across a variety of industries to determine their staffing needs.

    This is a hands-on role with great earnings potential.

    We are looking for someone professional, with great relationship-building skills, and proven successKey duties:Develop and maintain a target list of potential customers via ongoing communication.

    Actively participate monthly within one or more professional networking organizations in the DFW area to augment the growth of your target list.

    Interact with clients, staying connected through coffees, breakfasts/lunches, office visits, phone calls, video conferences, etc. as a means to build deeper relationships.
    Bring in and successfully hand off both direct hire and contract job orders to the recruiting team.

    This includes facilitating the fee agreement execution, the intake call, and regular check-in calls during and after the job order is filled.

    Expand your connections within companies and across multiple functional areas of those companies.
    Interview high-level candidates in transition to augment the building of your target list.

    Demonstrate empathy and assist these candidates with their search process by coaching them on their search plan and keeping them top of mind for existing/future job opportunities.


    Requirements:

    College degree required, preferably with a focus in businessProven business development/sales success, ideally in the professional services sectorExperience with B2B sales and selling a serviceAgency recruiting experience a plusStrong communication and system skills (Bullhorn is a plus)Passion for customer service and innate ability to build relationships and connect with othersThomas Edwards Group has one of the best commission/bonus plans, an attractive benefits package, and a 401K match.
