Job summary
The Change Management Analyst will govern and coordinate the IT change management lifecycle in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role plays a critical part in migrating change processes from Jira to ServiceNow.Responsibilities
- Apply structured methodology for change management activities
- Affects impact assessment and complete change management assessments
- Create strategy for actionable plans of all investigation activities meetings stakeholder management Manage end-to-end lifecycle including logging prioritization CAB coordination implementation tracking closure Ensure compliance with policies risk controls audit requirements Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings document decisions track follow-ups Monitor success rate failed changes emergency changes SLA adherence report to stakeholders Adept at managing people processes resources Experience facilitating CAB meetings stakeholder governance Excellent documentation reporting communication skills Lead or support migration of records workflows approvals configurations into ServiceNow module Perform data mapping validation reconciliation ensure integrity migrated records Collaborate with platform development process teams redesign workflows for ServiceNow best practices rather than lift-and-shift Support UAT defect resolution go-live readiness new ServiceNow process Develop training materials SOPs knowledge articles post-migration adoption Experience with configuration workflows reporting dashboards Exposure DevOps CI-CD integration automated release governance Identify opportunities reduce failures improve lead time automate approvals using capabilities Produce dashboards metrics on performance risk exposure release readiness Partner Incident Problem Release DevOps teams strengthen quality service stability Strong experience Service Now Make recommendations regarding improvements concerns Support design development delivery communication
