We are currently seeking multiple contracted paraprofessionals to join our team in Watertown, MA . The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic and social-emotional needs
• Support classroom instruction and management
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary clearances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a contracted position with a competitive hourly rate and benefits. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday.
