- Monitor an inbound request queue and processing orders for telecommunications devices and services
- Track the order to completion and to ensure appropriate details are captured and entered in the asset management system
- 3 years of experience with customer service and support of Android/IOS mobile devices
- 2 years of experience with procurement and inventory management Cisco routing and switching
- Support Experience administering a VOIP environment (provisioning devices, services, ordering, etc.)
- Understand circuits and network items for the purpose of ordering, tracking inventory, and reconciling billing on a regular basis
- Experience with data analysis (i.e. - Financial billing and reconciliation highly desired
