Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor an inbound request queue and processing orders for telecommunications devices and services
• Track the order to completion and to ensure appropriate details are captured and entered in the asset management system

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with customer service and support of Android/IOS mobile devices
• 2 years of experience with procurement and inventory management Cisco routing and switching
• Support Experience administering a VOIP environment (provisioning devices, services, ordering, etc.)
• Understand circuits and network items for the purpose of ordering, tracking inventory, and reconciling billing on a regular basis
• Experience with data analysis (i.e. - Financial billing and reconciliation highly desired

Location: Richmond, VA.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
