- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 12 years of Information Technology experience
- Hands on experience in EMR to DataBricks Migration
- Hands on experience in architecting Cloud data solutions using AWS, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL
- Significant experience with Cloud Data lake technologies and complex data architecture and models
- Experience building and managing cloud data platforms
- Strong experience in building data ingestion, data catalog and data analytics framework
- Good experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts
- Experience and detailed knowledge with ETL, Data Quality, metadata management, Data Engineering, streaming data loads
- Experience designing and implementing complex solutions for distributed systems
- Good to have experience in Snowflake
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams in onshore-offshore model
