    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for promoting, managing and growing a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and manufacturers, identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service and support.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
    • Develop new business and expand new customer base.
    • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers.
    • Generate and close sales leads.
    • Responsible for sales growth and meeting targeted monthly and annual sales goals.
    • Maintain awareness in the development of marketing strategies, monitoring industry trends, and attending conferences.
    • Travel and visit new and current customers to maintain relationships and address their needs with highest proficiency.
    • Clear, articulate, and consistent verbal communication that will effectively translate the value to the customer.
    • Utilize and master our CRM system (Sales Pad).

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Superior salesmanship and demonstrated ability to understand consumer behavior and its relationship to achieving customer solutions.
    • Proficiency in MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent oral, written communication, negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels by virtue of professional competence, integrity and personal style.
    • An independent, driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, passionate professional who has an exceptional personal work ethic, and presentation skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business administration preferred.
    • 3-5 years of sales experience
    • Experience in the manufacturing, wholesale/distribution or construction industry or related field a plus.
