Job summary
The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient-centered care. The RN will assist the physician with patient calls, maintaining medical record information, coordinate patient care with other health care providers including necessary prior-authorizations.The RN will focus on prevention, health promotion, patient education, and patient assistance. Under the supervision of a physician the RN is involved in providing telephone assistance to advise counsel and instruct patients on health care treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
Promotes patient safety by maintaining the policies and procedures of the physician office.,
