    Our client, a fast growing financial services firm with multiple locations, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join the team at their office in Chicago. This role will support clients, custodian partners, and team members in an administrative and operational capacity.

    Responsibilities

    Take ownership of administrative processes, including the client on-boarding process

    Handle all requests from clients and custodian partners pertaining to account administration

    Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic client files

    Maintain CRM system to ensure all client data is current and accurate

    Monitoring and resolving daily time sensitive activities

    Maintain compliance-approved materials including sales literature, brochures, prospectuses, forms, manuals, etc.

    Provide support to the rest of the team in preparing client materials

    Manage ad-hoc requests, including resolving complex client issues, researching unique client needs, and coordinating operational and custodial support

    Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, handling in-bound phone calls as necessary, and receiving mail

    Qualifications

    Experience at RIA or Broker/Dealer is a plus

    Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center or another custodian is a plus

    Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and DocuSign

    Bachelors or Associates degree strongly preferred

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important as this role determines a significant part of the client experience

    Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, ability to manage time efficiently, and prioritize projects

    Detail orientation is a must.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

    Must be computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease

    Can think clearly, communicate succinctly, and write well

    Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
