    Job Description

    • The Project Manager, Strategic Planning and Governance will report to Associate Director, Strategic Planning and Governance, within the Oncology Portfolio Marketing (OPM) Team.
    • The OPM team is comprised of seven teams-Consumer Marketing, Franchise Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Strategic Planning and Governance, Oncology Nurse Educator, Precision Medicine and Diagnostics, and Thought Leader Strategy teams.
    • The Project Manager's primary function is to collaborate with the OPM leadership team by providing leadership to develop, execute, and manage assigned programs in a compliant manner and within budget.
    • The Project Manager will own and drive multiple programs while working directly with the Sr. Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, key stakeholders, and leaders within the OPM team.
    • This role is accountable for managing significant programs that have a major impact on the business.
    • This role has a significant impact on improvement and optimization programs with large scope to the organization and stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities:

    •Collaborate with the OPM leadership team to develop, execute, and manage assigned programs within budget.

    •Own and drive multiple programs, working closely with the Sr. Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing, key stakeholders, and leaders within the OPM team.

    •Manage significant programs contributing to improvement and optimization initiatives.

    •Collaborate internally and externally to deliver project plans, meetings, and events for Oncology Portfolio Marketing.

    •Manage Oncology annual plan execution and coordinate program budgets for key initiatives.

    •Acquire, maintain, and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting.

    •Contribute to and drive ongoing and ad hoc programs for OPM, such as optimizing SharePoint.

    •Manage the ongoing operations of the OPM, including team budget requirements, LBE, and Plan/LRP schedules.

    •Work on confidential requests at the discretion of the senior director.

    Internal Project Management & Execution:

    •Initiate, execute, and manage multiple projects, tracking data/metrics for timely reporting.

    •Support ad-hoc and ongoing projects, aligning with the Franchise Marketing leadership team.

    •Coordinate with the Franchise Marketing leadership team for planning and executing various internal meetings.

    •Provide guidance to Team Leads for quarterly offsite meetings.

    •Manage project/program budgets, ensuring teams are accountable.

    External Initiatives Preparation, Management & Execution:

    •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project plans, meetings, and events.

    •Provide project management support for Tier 1 Congress/Conference meetings.

    •Lead individual workstreams for the preparation and execution of Tier 1 Congresses.

    •Develop and implement SOPs for Tier 1 Congresses, serving as a foundation for Tier 2 Congress SOPs development for a cohesive One Onc approach.

    Qualifications

    •Bachelor's degree required.


    •Minimum of 5 to 8 years of overall project management experience.

    •Experience with brands, products, and teams preferred.

    •Knowledge of event planning and functions is a plus.

    •A high degree of emotional intelligence is required.

    •Expert in Microsoft Suite. Preferred experience in Excel to include mastery of pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, and formulas; PowerPoint mastery to include updating slide masters and being able to create a story.

    •Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with a track record of successful experiences in organizational roles.

    •Ability to build, maintain, and influence effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including management of all levels. Working on high-profile programs is a plus. Executive presence preferred.

    •Ability to provide financial management for programs and operations with minimal supervision.

    •Compassion, empathy, and a high degree of integrity and accountability.

    •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

    Smartsheet proficiency is preferred. Mastery of building grids, sheets, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and templates is preferred.

    SharePoint experience is preferred. Mastery in creating, editing, and managing document libraries, pages, and permissions is a plus.
