    BBSI, in collaboration with a premier industrial equipment service provider located in Orange County, is in search of a dynamic Account Manager with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    This pivotal position entails overseeing and nurturing designated accounts spanning multiple counties throughout Southern California.

    Job Summary

    You will collaborate closely with our Sales team to onboard new accounts and foster their expansion through service recommendations and proactive maintenance.

    Exceptional customer service aptitude, adept communication, and comprehensive account management proficiency are essential for success in this role.


    DUTIES:
    Cultivate enduring client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor.
    Handle all facets of daily account operations, including estimating, scheduling service appointments, and monitoring major projects.
    Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements to optimize profitability.
    Provide regular and transparent updates on project advancements and endeavors to stakeholders.
    Expand business opportunities with existing clientele while pinpointing areas for enhancement.
    Supervise all account-related tasks, guaranteeing precise, timely, and client-specific execution.
    Generate account status reports and engage with clients to ensure contentment and gather insights.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Demonstrated track record in Business to Business Account Management
    Familiarity with Industrial equipment considered advantageous
    Skill in engaging and persuading diverse stakeholders, including executives and C-levels
    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Excel
    History of providing tailored solutions to client requirements
    Capability to handle multiple account management initiatives concurrently, with meticulous attention to detail
    Outstanding abilities in listening, negotiating, and presenting
    Effective verbal and written communication aptitude
    Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting
