Akkodis is partnering with an organization that protects the public health and the environment of the community they serve. They are seeking an Engineering Tech.

The Terms:

• Onsite in the Sacrament County area
• Pay rate: $23/hr
• 1 year contract

REQUIRED Skills/Experience:

• Read, understand, and interpret engineering plans, schematics, and other related documents.
• Knowledge and experience with software applications, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Technical writing experience, such as writing policies and procedures.

Summary:

• Research pertinent information for data entry purposes.
• Performs various drafting and engineering drawing work from field survey notes, property descriptions, and construction notes using manual and computer-assisted drawing equipment and standard applications software.
• Conducts independent data collection and analysis for various projects, which includes investigating computerized maintenance management records, reviewing electronic mapping viewers, and utilizing records management software applications.
• Maintains, updates, and revises various records, files, maps, and other resource materials, including compiling statistics and data for periodic reports and tabulations.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
