Job Posting: Experienced Foreman for Bridge Construction : Preconstruction Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced foreman to join our team for bridge construction projects. As a foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction crew on site

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Ensure that work is carried out according to safety regulations

Monitor progress and quality of work

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in bridge construction or similar

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of construction processes and techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
