    The Position:

    The IT Service Desk Technician will provide support to all users in the company regarding device, accounts and accesses for various IT systems, including but not limited to, Active Directory, Okta, hardware, Office Suite and printing support. Responsibilities include:
    • Work tickets through the in-house ticketing system in adherence with support SLA's and provide written and phone correspondence to resolve tickets with users across the company.
    • Create and Manage user accounts for various applications throughout the environment.
    • Troubleshoot hardware as necessary to include desktop PC's, laptops and iPad's.
    • Provision equipment for new hires and correspond with managers to ensure proper expectations are met.
    • Manage the lifecycle of all devices within the company.
    • Ensure cyber security standards are being upheld throughout all IT processes.
    Schedule:
    • Hybrid- 40 hours a week- Full-time, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm PST- 2 days a week in office, 3 days per week remote
    • Must be able to participate in on-call requirements: 1 week every 5 weeks
    Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Knowledge of IT systems to include Active Directory, Office 365 Admin. Console
    • General PC hardware troubleshooting
    • Significant windows environment exposure
