QualificationsMinimum of 2years experience as a Pastry cook in a high-volume pastry shop creating bulk and high level product.
Pastry/Culinary degree would be preferred.
Effective oral and written communicator.
Highly motivated, can work with limited direction
Fluent in English.

Essential Job Functions
Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Daily preparation of all bakery items and specials needed for the entire operation with direction from the Pastry chef.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Constantly walk, stand, hear, see and talk.
Frequently smell, taste product.
Occasionally bend, reach, twist, sit, and hold.
Frequently lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions
