  • The Therapy Development rep will drive adoption of new therapies growing sales and market share for assigned territory by training, educating selling and in-servicing new Vascular products.

  • A DAY IN THE LIFE -POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning/Results Orientation Consistently meet exceed AOP sales budget account development targets QoY YoY Drive sales adoption of new Vascular technologies within Area/District by implementing effective sales strategies tactics Work closely with Vascular Field team identify opportunities execute sales strategies drive therapy growth Develops executes accurate on-going sales plan achieve sales objectives Identify evaluate convert target accounts increase market share ensure successful adoption new products Develop execute market development plans expand product reach enhance adoption Effectively manage expenses drive business growth adhere company policies procedures Adheres financial regulatory quality compliance standards requirements
