Job Description


We are seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care to patients, including those requiring ventilator management. Experience with pediatric patients is preferred. This position requires working independently during weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions.
  • Monitor patient condition and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
  • Document patient information and care delivered in the charting system.
  • Provide patient education regarding respiratory care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care.
  • Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP from the American Heart Association.
  • WV State License or Compact License accepted (pending license acceptable).
  • Experience with ventilators is required; pediatrics experience is a plus.
  • References from two managers or charge nurses within the past two years.
