Annual salary: $260,000 – $390,000

We are looking to speak with California-licensed highly qualified transactional tax associates to join our client's Tax practice in Silicon Valley.

This is a career advancing opportunity for associates with experience representing public and private companies, private funds, portfolio companies, and alternative investment vehicles in the tax aspects of fund formations, limited partner investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other similar transactional tax matters.

You will advise on domestic and cross-border investment strategies, sponsor investment strategies, limited partner investment strategies (UBTI/ECI/CAI management), mergers, acquisitions, integrations, buyouts, recapitalizations, debt and equity restructurings, entity formation, and ongoing operations and tax compliance issues.
