- Full-Time Schedule: 4 10-hour Days/Week
- Hybrid role of providing specialty care in Acute, Subacute, and LTC (long-term care) locales'
- Geographic Focus will be the North/Northeast Region of Charlotte
- Call Schedule (Phone Only): Weekend Rotation 1:7 & Weeknight 1:7
- Join a Collegial Team of 5 Physicians, 10 NPs, and 1 PA
- Academic/Teaching Opportunities
- Excellent Team Culture, Close Knit Friendly Environment
- Graduation from an accredited NP program
- 2+ years of experience in Geriatric Medicine preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required
- BLS for healthcare provider from AHA required, ACLS preferred
