    IT Analyst Process

    within our

    IT Process Management

    group based in

    Houston, TX

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and improvement of IT processes within our organization.


    T he IT Process Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations.

    Day to day responsibilities may include working with a team to:

    Document IT Service Management (ITSM) practices based on industry framework

    Capture the scope of ITSM practices that include roles and responsibilities, performance measurement, continual improvements, and adoption approach

    Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each of the adopted practices

    Collect KPI data, industry benchmark, and establish performance trendline for the ITSM practices

    Monitor the performance of established ITSM for inefficiency

    Document gaps in a continual improvement register

    Conduct focus group to collect an in-person feedback for the IT Service Management practices

    Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement improvements to existing IT practices

    Communicate changes to ITSM practices, conduct training, and provide document updates

    Serve as a resource for troubleshooting process-related issues and providing guidance on best practices


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Business Process Analysis, or related Disciplines

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process documentation tools.

    Certification or Experience using DMAIC Process and Process Mapping

    Familiar with Principles of Root Cause Analysis

    Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean/Kaizen is preferred but not required

    Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
