    We have a top client in the banking industry located in the Frisco, TX area who is looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst.

    CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH METROPLEX

    Job Summary:

    • Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements.
    • Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives.
    • Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis.
    • Works closely with Program/Project manager to decompose the product vision and product roadmap into themes which will be captured in the product backlog.
    • Partner with business product owners/managers to gather, analyze and convert the business requirements into actionable epics, stories for the development team
    • Participate in agile ceremonies, stand ups and translate requirement into technical specifications for easier consumption by development teams
    • Work closely with developers, architects and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions that meet the needs of the clients
    • Conduct thorough analysis of the existing systems, processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions

    Job Requirements:

    • Strong technical background combined with excellent business acumen, to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions effectively
    • Strategic thinker for the management of the overall product delivery for their workstreams ensuring release schedules are met and risks are managed.
    • Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, SharePoint required
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis
    • Experienced with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
    • Banking Regulations experience
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Preferred to have commercial banking experience
    • Minimum of 1 year experience with MS Project
    • Minimum of 1 year experience with KYB/KYC
    • Knowledgeable with Commercial Onboarding
    • Experience with Clarity/CA PPM a plus
    Education:
    • Bachelor Degree required
