    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Senior Graphic Designer supports the marketing and brand leadership team by delivering elevated, tailored design solutions across print and digital channels. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing and the Chief Brand & Creative Officer to execute high-quality, on-brand creative that reflects the sophistication and clarity of our luxury positioning.

    From bespoke property marketing and development branding to brand campaigns and refined corporate collateral, the Senior Graphic Designer plays an important role in how our brand is experienced by clients, Advisors, and the marketplace.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design custom Advisor marketing assets, including brochures, listing presentations, signage, digital and print campaigns (email and direct mail), event collateral, and other custom projects
    • Execute luxury advertising campaigns incorporating short-form animated digital ads and social media content
    • Uphold the company's visual identity to ensure consistency, sophistication, and alignment with luxury brand standards
    • Collaborate with Advisors to develop tailored marketing materials for exclusive listings and special client needs
    • Partner with the Director of Marketing to ensure Advisor marketing assets are on-brand, accurate, and strategically aligned
    • Support the Chief Brand & Creative Officer on special projects, including brand campaigns, new initiatives, and high-profile launches
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines
    • Maintain organized brand assets and templates to support efficient, on-demand Advisor needs
    • Support print production and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality, polished materials
    • Stay current on design trends, tools, and luxury branding best practices

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
    • Experience within residential real estate and/or luxury brands strongly preferred
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for motion graphics and animated content
    • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Premiere, or similar platforms is a plus
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
    • Experience designing for both print and digital media with knowledge of production processes
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Portfolio demonstrating an elevated aesthetic, luxury sensibility, and versatility across media
