We're looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team. You'll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.Responsibilities
- Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
- Perscribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
