    Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading property management company in search of a dynamic and experienced Regional Multi-Property Manager.

    Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences across multiple properties in the region.


    WHAT YOULL DO:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the region, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and profitability.
    Implement strategic plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and expense goals.
    Provide leadership and guidance to property managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
    Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple properties.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and partners.
    Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
    Proven ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
