    Job Description:
    Develops and provides input on assembly requirements needed to determine the total labor and gross margin for each order
    Interfaces with other departments to ensure sales order deadlines are met
    Creates detailed schedule timelines to ensure sales order ship dates and equipment specifications
    Develops a process plan including people, resources, equipment, and floor space for each order
    Recommends measures to improve equipment performance and quality of product
    Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation with other departments and employees
    Maintain a clean and safe operating shop that meets our safety requirements
    Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
    Planning, assigning, and directing work to meet production schedules and quality goals
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws


    Position Requirements:
    Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments
    Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
    Proficient with computers and using Word, Excel and Outlook
    Excellent communication skills and strong work ethics
    Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis
    Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
    Must have reliable transportation
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
