- Own the overall success of a team of Project Managers overseeing our Strategic customers. This includes planning, executing and staffing to assure an outstanding client experience that decreases time to fast value and drives renewals and contract expansions.
- Provide oversight on active projects to ensure Statement of Work compliance and delivery of commitments for up to six-figure services offerings.
- Attain mastery over and become subject expert in Procore services engagements.
- Create efficiencies in process and procedures, continually seeking ways to promote product adoption and faster software implementations.
- Measure effectiveness of implementation through refining operational metrics for the team, create reporting and review cadences, provide status updates to the executive team.
- Collaborate with Sales, driving services scoping and discussions during the sales process.
- Guide team in effective client issues resolution, and handle any escalations.
- Develop employees, retain talent and define career paths.
- 10 years relevant professional experience, including 4+ years previous service delivery experience (as a PM/IM/EM) on SaaS software platforms for Fortune 1-100 clients
- 2+ years of management experience within a Global CS and/or PS Org
- Direct experience in capturing performance metrics specifically tied to the team's delivery on Custom scopes of work valued from $10k to $1M
- Someone who will hire for and inspire a team of seasoned professionals to continue to improve upon areas where they are already known experts
- Deep understanding of value drivers in both recurring revenue business models and professional services models
- Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, AND passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding with Professional Services Automation, Financial, Construction, Fortune 100 companies, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management or ERP software solutions preferred.

Procore is seeking a Manager of Project Management, Professional Services, Strategic Accounts to support driving, scaling, and inspiring a team of talented individuals focused on managing the delivery of services to our Strategic clients. The Implementation team is vital to Procore, instrumental to long-term profitability, and encompasses managing the services for customers related to on-boarding, training, business process consultation and product adoption. This role will focus on evolving our current implementation and project management processes to scale at hyper-growth speeds and deliver on Professional Services commitments while leading a team by Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.
This position reports into the Director of Project Management, Professional Services, Strategic Accounts and will be based remotely. Ability to travel up to 35%. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

QualificationsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range $104,380 - $143,523 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $122,800 - $168,850. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
