Your Responsibilities:
Design, implement, document, and test software modules, e.g. data parsers, visualizers, data models
Develop interactive, scientific dashboards
Perform system and data integration, processing, and interpretation
Perform profiling and performance analysis
Create parsers to convert raw data files from numerous and varied laboratory instruments into structured data
Adhere to best practices in coding, documentation, and testing
Create and update products working in a Scrum Team according to user stories created by the Product Owners
Develop and deploy data pipelines running within Kubernetes

Your Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, or comparable field
Proven experience in developing and delivering software products
Proficiency with Python programming language
Experience using Linux
Experience with Dash is a plus
Strong coding skills
Strong mathematical background
Scientific background i.e. understanding of chemistry and biology laboratory techniques
Familiarity with cloud architectures and development (AWS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse team across many time zones
