• Provide psych treatment as member of mobile, multidisciplinary treatment team
• Travel in the community for persons with severe and persistent mental illness
• Geographic area covers

• Working with patients 18+. Treat 45 patients on average / day
• Role is 35 hours per week. Monday Friday schedule. New grads welcome

• Full support staff on ACT team. CMO and Associate CMO available for consults
• 13 holidays, 10 sick days, 4 days PTO, 2 weeks vacation (grows to 5 weeks)
• Salary $120,000K including full benefits (health, vision, malpractice, etc.)

Vacation starts at 2 weeks, year 3 is 3 weeks, and increases 1 week per year with a max of 5 weeks.
