    Salary:
    $90,000

    Job Details Minimum 1 year of experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation, including depositions, court appearances, trials, and drafting legal motions/trial briefs.

    Good standing in the California State Bar.

    Experience in legal research (LexisNexis a plus).

    Computer skills required to efficiently utilize case management system.

    Ability to prioritize and organize their own case load, with supervision from managing partner and/or senior attorneys.

    Ability to drive to and from court appearances, client meetings, etc.

    Ability to provide prompt and thorough communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.


    Work well independently, but also willing and able to collaborate with clients and fellow attorneys to achieve the best results in each case.

    Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to providing excellent legal services.

    This position has the option for remote work 2-3 days per week.
