    This position is for a Landscape Service Technician with a reputable landscape contractor located in Meridian, MS

    Magnolia Green is a family of professional landscape contractors that love getting our hands dirty and making our clients shine If you are interested in learning more about this position and joining our family then please apply.

    Must be organized, trustworthy, sharp-minded, courteous and be able to get along well with others. Non-tobacco company. Pay depends on experience and demonstration that you are capable of meeting company standards and requirements.

    Benefits include 4 day work week when not in season, 1 week paid time off accruing in the first week (2 weeks paid time off after 3 years), 6 paid holidays after 6 months, employer matching simpler IRA plan, ongoing training and promotion opportunities, company cookouts and team socials.

    Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for service calls pertaining to turf management, irrigation, lighting, drainage, color install and other landscape related repairs
    • Responsible for high quality and efficiency of work
    • Oversee safety rules and regulations according to company standards
    • Responsible for the proper usage of all equipment and tools (volt meter, irrigation troubleshooting equipment, chemicals, etc)
    • Must provide outstanding customer service, highly organized, trust worthy, sharp minded, courteous and able to get along well with others
    • Be able to drive up to one ton trucks; including pulling trailers and equipment
    • Training will be provided in all areas

    Requirements and Qualifications: 3 year's experience; valid driver's license; access to reliable transportation; ability to pass pre-employment test and background check.
    Pay scale for the Crew Leader position is $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience and demonstration that you are capable of meeting company standards and requirements.
