Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our small Italian Bistro team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, seafood, and meat options.
• Prepare ingredients, maintain kitchen organization, and follow health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
