Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. As a Housekeeper at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and impeccable appearance of our guest rooms, public areas, administrative and meeting rooms. Responsibilities
1. Ensure that guest rooms are serviced, cleaned and ready for occupancy by check-in time and according to established guidelines.
2. Change linens and make beds, clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, sitting rooms and patios; dust, vacuum, wash windows and tracks; remove trash, dirty linens, towels and used amenities from rooms; replenish amenities and other items as needed.
3. Clean and thoroughly stock assigned area(s) promptly and according to established procedures, guidelines, and checklists.
4. Check, stock, and transport supply cart.
5. Conduct visual inspection of room/unit/public area prior to completion following established procedures and checklists.
6. Promptly report any maintenance deficiencies observed.
7. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and resort requirements.
8. Maintain positive guest relations and familiarity with all resort and spa services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries.
9. Pick up and return keys and 2-way radios at beginning and end of shift; utilize 2-way radios for communication according to established procedures.
10. Follow established lost and found procedures, properly logging, and storing items and communicating with other departments about lost and found items as needed.
11. Support and back-up other housekeeping staff as needed.

Responsabilidades:
1. Asegurarse de que las habitaciones de los huspedes estn limpias y listas para su ocupacin a la hora de check-in y segn las pautas establecidas.
2. Cambiar ropa de cama y hacer las camas, limpiar baos de huspedes, dormitorios, salas de estar y patios; quitar el polvo, pasar la aspiradora, lavar ventanas y rieles; retirar la basura, la ropa de cama sucia, las toallas y los artculos de uso personal usados de las habitaciones; reponer artculos de uso personal y otros elementos segn sea necesario.
3. Limpiar y surtir completamente el rea asignada de manera oportuna y segn los procedimientos, pautas y listas establecidas.
4. Verificar, surtir y transportar el carrito de suministros.
5. Realizar una inspeccin visual de la habitacin/unidad/rea pblica antes de la finalizacin siguiendo los procedimientos y listas establecidas.
6. Informar rpidamente cualquier deficiencia de mantenimiento observada.
7. Utilizar los productos qumicos de limpieza correctos para las superficies designadas, segn las regulaciones de la OSHA y los requisitos del resort.
8. Mantener relaciones positivas con los huspedes y familiarizarse con todos los servicios/caractersticas del resort y spa, as como con las atracciones/actividades locales para responder a las consultas de los huspedes.
9. Recoger y devolver las llaves y radios bidireccionales al comienzo y al final del turno; utilizar los radios bidireccionales para comunicarse segn los procedimientos establecidos.
10. Seguir los procedimientos establecidos de objetos perdidos y encontrados, registrar y almacenar adecuadamente los objetos y comunicarse con otros departamentos sobre los objetos perd
