    Procurement Contracts Specialist

    Denver, CO - Hybrid 3 days onsite

    • Coordinate day-to-day administration of contract collection
    • Documenting and reviewing of contract term and conditions
    • Create project in Asana to keep all contracts organized (setting task reminders)
    • Submit contracts ready for termination to JLD
    • Mail termination letters via email and/or Certified mail
    • Make calls and/or draft email to company facilities

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office and Asana
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Highly developed attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • College Degree preferred
