• Locum Tenens Opportunity in Central Florida We are currently seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist for a short term locum tenens assignment in Central Florida, near Babson Park.

This position is covering high-volume call shifts.

Job Requirements:
Board Certification in Gastroenterology

• Required Fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Required Active Florida Medical License
• Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required Specialty Skills Required: Upper GI endoscopy with various procedures ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Esophageal dilatation/manometry Esophageal manometry interpretation Small Bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy, including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy with various procedures Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Liver biopsy Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube This is an excellent opportunity to provide critical coverage at a prominent healthcare facility in Central Florida.
