Job summary
We are looking for someone to be our Maintenance Director at Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville IN.We require an individual with supervisory experience and knowledge of construction,
plumbing and carpentry work to maintain the physical building and grounds
to the highest standards of maintenance cleanliness and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Keep Quality Consistent: Ensure physical building and grounds are held to the highest standards of maintenance cleanliness and appearance.
- Be a Maintenance Manager: Oversee Plant Operations departments including budget staffing compliance so that each department operates efficiently safely.
- Be a Community Girder Maintain resident satisfaction with community their apartments address requests in timely manner.
- Be a Safety Scout Keep safety employees guests residents top mind whether regarding potential environmental hazards emergencies
