- Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration; graduating nursing students must provide NCLEX registration documentation when eligible.
- American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate

7 Central is a high-energy, fast-paced, 38-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit that sees all types of patients, with a primary focus on Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Trauma.
We also work closely with the Hospital Medicine team to care for our medical patients and co-manage care for our specialty patients as needed.
Our unit values are grounded in teamwork, respect, communication, and honesty.We strive for excellence in our nursing care and achieve this by working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the patients, their safety, and their families are at the center of all we do.
