Handling in-bound inquiries and conducting outbound phone calls to prospective students.
Creating a plan to generate referrals and leads from various sources, such as current students and phone contacts.
Using approved telephone procedures to schedule appointments with prospective students.
Assessing and interviewing potential students to understand their needs and objectives.
Delivering admissions presentations using approved materials.
Conducting facility tours, emphasizing features and benefits relevant to student interests.
Providing complete and accurate information about program offerings to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
Following up on inquiries that did not schedule or show for interviews.
Enrolling students who meet eligibility criteria.
Developing a plan to ensure all applicants start on their scheduled date.
Completing enrollment forms and scheduling Student Services Interviews.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience: preferred.
Previous experience in education admissions: preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Capacity to work independently and make decisions.
Genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals.
Goal-oriented, assertive, results-driven, energetic, and ethical.
Ability to inspire and motivate others.
English proficiency required; bilingual skills beneficial but not mandatory.

We are currently looking for a Admissions Representative to join our team at our Riverside, CA Campus. In this role, you will play a key part in selecting and enrolling qualified student applicants for school admission. Your responsibilities will include conducting campus tours for potential students, handling in-bound inquiries, and making outbound phone calls to prospective students.
