    Accounting Supervisor - HYBRID

    after training 1 day work from home - South County San Diego
    (1) Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance degree
    (2) Excel - very solid - able to use for recons, J/E, budgets, financials, able to run/export excel with fairly large data sets)
    (3) Adaptability to new technology
    (4) Analytical skills
    (5) 3+ Exp with supervising others overseeing / leading / driving team towards goals - supervise 1-3
    (6) NPO Non Profit company with GRANT /rules/compliance
    (7) Time managment ( Busy due to more entities but doable if can switch gears)
    (8) US GAAP for entire Close process, GL, Balance Sheets, JEs, recs, etc.
    (9) Tenure - Thoughtful reasons for leaving, not hoppy

    • Fully Bilingual Spanish / English
    • Operations grasp of Non profit programs
    • 9 yrs preferred
