    Registered Nurse


    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

    As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

    This position offers opportunities to work in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers, and more.


    Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
    • Assist with discharge planning and coordination of posthospital care
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Utilize case management skills to coordinate care for patients with complex medical needs
    • Perform procedures such as suturing wounds and catheterization

    Requirements:

    • Valid RN license in [state]
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    • Experience in case management or discharge planning is a plus
    • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
    • Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
