    We are in search of an energetic, ambitious, and business-savvy Strategic Business Manager with a background in consulting or providing expert guidance to businesses to manage relationships with a diverse range of our nationwide clients.

    We are looking for a polished, articulate, and strategic professional with strong integrity and exceptional follow-up skills. Someone sharp, solutions-oriented, and eager to benefit from a generous commission structure and VERY lucrative earnings potential.

    This position is based out of our beautiful, and brand-new location in the heart of Little Italy in downtown San Diego, CA where you will have your own office and the support of an all-star, industry-leading recruitment team.

    You can expect the average take-home for this role after commission to be between $175, 000 on the low-end and $550, 000 for top performers.

    *Strategic Business Manager**Pay Range: *$55, 000 - $70, 000 DOE + commission

    *Responsibilities:

    • Manage 30-50 client accounts, ensuring consultative communication and high client satisfaction
    • Identify and meet client needs with strategic solutions that exceed expectations
    • Lead business development efforts, using clear communication and strategic insights
    • Partner with the recruitment team to share information and improve candidate selection
    • Assess candidates with recruiters to ensure they meet client and organizational needs
    • Ensure clear communication of recruitment priorities across teams
    • Develop strategic plans for each account to identify growth opportunities
    • Analyze account performance, adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
    • Build and maintain lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor
    • Address challenges with solution-oriented strategies
    • Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic decisions
    • Act as a liaison for client feedback, aligning services with client needs
    • Collaborate with departments for a unified approach to client management
    *Requirements:

    • At least 5 years of experience in account management or business consulting, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated strategic planning and consulting across multiple industries
    • A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, highlighting a solid foundation in strategic business principles
    • Exceptionally articulate, intuitive, and creative, with the ability to think on your feet and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders
    • A strategic thinker, with a proven record of developing and implementing effective business strategies that drive success and provide ideas to clients
    • Highly solutions-oriented, capable of identifying and addressing client needs with innovative and effective solutions
    • Versatile and dynamic, able to adapt to changing business landscapes and challenges, ensuring consistent performance and client satisfaction
    • Not required to have staffing experience but must excel in building and maintaining strong, productive relationships without the direct oversight of staffing functions
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly in a dynamic environment
    • Proficient with CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology to enhance business strategies and client management
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving collaborative efforts toward achieving business goals
