Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our New Ulm Bank. This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. A Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.

Job Duties:

Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous.
Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently on bank software programs.
Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing.
Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity.
Assist customers with online and mobile banking technology.

Required Skills:

Successful Customer Service Experience
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Working Computer Software Knowledge

Helpful Skills:

Cash Handling Experience

Salary range based on experience is $16-20 per hour.
