Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 annually, plus potential year-end bonus

Position:
Seeking a Senior Accountant/Cost Accountant for a manufacturing firm, offering a path for advancement and skill enhancement, reporting to the Cost Department Lead.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost reports and manage inventory valuations
Analyze Bills of Materials and cost variances
Support budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing costs and inventory
Ensure accounting compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
3+ years in manufacturing cost accounting
Excel and accounting software proficiency; ERP knowledge preferred
Analytical, detail-focused, communicative
Can work independently or in a team
GAAP and cost accounting knowledge
Skills:
Spanish fluency
ERP-VAI system experience
IBM Cognos or similar BI tool proficiency
