Hyper Recruitment Solutions have partnered with one of the largest pipeline system companies for refined oil products across the USA.
They are expanding & now on hunt for a key asset to join the team as a Senior Automation Engineer to add value to their critical projects currently ongoing & also in the pipeline.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Senior Automation Engineer will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:
Performing and leading engineering design and support activities for various Controls Systems
Responsible for ensuring PLC programming satisfies requirements/specification and follows all applicable standards and guidelines.
Leads troubleshooting and issue resolution of problems related to controls systems, responds to inquiries related to the current operation of the controls solution and participates in incident analysis information gathering.
May serve as resource to less experienced engineers and can direct the work of other engineers to help meet objectives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior Automation Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:
BS - Engineering Degree
Extensive hands on work with various Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, GE Fanuc Proficy iFix HMI, various communication protocols.
Expert level understanding of Controls Signals, Protocols, and Transmission Medium for communicating with end devices used to monitor and control pipelines such as discrete voltage, analog, digital, digital bus, etc.

This position is a W2 contract position ONLY.
