Are you a proactive, highly organized account manager who always goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction?Stamm Media Tech is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented and motivated individual who is passionate about the work they do day in and day out.
The primary focus of this position is establishing relationships with prospective clients and elevating current client relationships by identifying, developing, and securing profitable business opportunities for Stamm Media.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with various teams across our company to exceed our client's expectations of our services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enact strategies to secure potential clients and maintain existing client satisfactionPrepare proposals and contract negotiations with prospective clientsExcel in all areas of communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing excellent customer serviceEnsure proper invoicing and payment procedures are executedMaintain current industry knowledge to better serve new and existing clientsRequirements:Two (2) years minimum in sales (preferably event sales) and/or customer service rolesStrong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building and networkingManage a fast-paced, on-the-fly, high-stakes pressure environmentWillingness to travel, work nights & weekends, and a good driving record is requiredAudio Visual and IT knowledge is a plus, but not requiredImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lift 50lbs
