- Provide superior service to our owners and guests
- Use of our reservation system and app to provide outstanding customer service
- Perform pre-arrival inspections of homes to ensure quality standards
- Promptly reports/corrects any inconsistencies/maintenance issues with speed and accuracy to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest and owner needs, including responding to after-hours calls (evenings and weekends) in a timely manner
- Hand guest issues, relaying to maintenance and do follow-up on pending items
- Perform light maintenance tasks (swap propane tanks, change light bulbs, etc)
- Manage administration, including invoicing, vendor scheduling and package/delivery management
- Work with our property management system to support our housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain par stock of guest supplies and organize supply inventories
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work closely with the General Manager in supporting general operations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in customer service or quality control/assurance
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times, as well as working in a team environment
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work self-directed and have initiative
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with different projects on a short notice
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferred
- Able and willing to work weekends, on-call after hours and/or holidays when needed
- Office work environment and out in the field, as well as some work from home
- Must have reliable transportation
- Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected
- Position requires employee to stand, walk, drive throughout shift
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30lbs
- Indoors and outdoors work environment
- Position may come into contact with pets
