    OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING
    Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
    Pay: $34+/hour + shift differential
    Hiring Bonus: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
    Bonus: Monthly bonus when company-wide sales goals are met
    Available Schedules
    • Day Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    • Night Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:15 p.m. - 2:45 a.m.
    • Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    A written skills test for CNC 5-Axis Mills will be conducted during the interview.

    We are a locally owned manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, design, sawing, manual machining, and high-precision multi-axis machining. We proudly design and manufacture all of our products in the United States.
    What You'll Do
    • Operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets
    • Inspect first-run parts and collaborate with Quality Control to make adjustments
    • Monitor in-process parts to ensure consistent quality
    • Create fixtures and clamps as needed for specific jobs
    • Machine parts to blueprint specifications
    • Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, and finishing

    What You Need to Have
    • 3-5+ years of experience operating CNC 5-axis mills
    • Experience with Fanuc controls (Siemens Celos preferred)
    • Strong blueprint reading skills
    • Ownership of personal precision measuring tools
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • High attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to follow written instructions accurately
    • Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly
