    Job Responsibilities:
    This is Entry level job.

    Quick learner of new products and troubleshooting skills

    Pre sales support:
    CCTV system design, Customer-facing product presentation thru webinar or visit customer's company.

    Feel comfortable to talk to customer face by face and work independently to host training events

    Great team member and able to share the knowledge and work with other team member

    Provide technical support via phone or email

    Use remote software to troubleshoot the issue

    Document and research all inquiries or problems in ticketing system

    Test cameras related products and management software

    Assemble HDD to recorder

    Assist RMA process

    Able to travel to customer site to do the training or troubleshooting (could be local or out of state)

    Ideal candidate

    Background in video surveillance, CCTV, or IT Networking

    No Experience is fine

    Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences

    Proficiency with computers

    Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility

    Strong organizational and follow up skills

    Able to travel occasionally both local or within North Americas
