    • Ressources HumainesSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist Group H/FWe are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resources department and oversee our full cycle acquisition on worldwide basis.
    Under the responsibility of the Senior Vice-president People Experience, you will be in charge of designing and deploying the global talent acquisition strategy at group level and managing the Topex recruitment.

    • COE model across regions / line of business
    • Talent acquisition frame
    • Talent acquisition tools and evaluation methods
    • Define Group recruitment KPI
    • Talent attraction trendsIn partnership with region/ line of Business HR , you will lead the recruitment of Topex population up to C level leaders.
    • Implementing the most effective sourcing strategies (cooptation, headhunting, advertising, internal mobility, etc.)
    at international level
    • Actively hunting for Topex talents and conduct the selection process in liaison Executives research
    • Handling applications from A to ZTo be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

    Requirements and skills 10 years+ of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an Executive research agency at international level A hunter's mindset with super-efficient management of your candidate pipeline and a solid expertise in sourcing and hunting tools Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
